ARUNDEL SQUARE

This brief from a cutting-edge residential developer was to design their show flat in a prominent Islington location, aimed at successful young professionals. Starting with an open brief, but limited budget, our challenge was to source furniture and fittings from unexpected places such as markets and second-hand shops.  The nature of the project required us to receive striking pieces of art on loan from a young urban artist.

Within limited time and budget we were proud to be able to inject character and inspiration into the new development, and illustrate to potential buyers what could feasibly be achieved in a similar space.

After working together to form a design brief, we were then able to present concept designs which stretched beyond our clients’ expectations. Our unique wine cellar design has now become an unexpected feature of this incredible Mallorcan home of this high profile family.

Having been involved with the interior design of this property two years ago, we were very pleased to be invited back to complete further works on additional areas of the house. Our brief was to design and install built-in joinery items as well as decorating and furnishing three large rooms. Following completion of the build of this uncompromisingly modern home with spectacular sea views, our clients were keen to address a number of unfinished areas.

After working together to form a design brief, we were then able to present concept designs which stretched beyond our clients’ expectations. Our unique wine cellar design has now become an unexpected feature of this incredible Mallorcan home of this high profile family.
